• Tube Coater - Tailor made solutions for maximum productivity - (Jul 03, 2024)

  OUR CAPABILITIES INTRODUCED

  Tube Coater

  The tube coater is a customer-specific production machine for coating test tubes with a specific sandwich assay. For every row of 10 tubes, two needles are available for dosing and aspirating the reagents (20K needle system). The process is highly temperature-dependent, so the machine is used in a climate chamber at 4°C. A rack system (customer-specific rack) was designed for the customer to store and process up to 25,000 tubes.

• Steppertron (Jul 03, 2024)

  The Steppertron represents a comprehensive range of components specifically designed for the precise control of motors. The core idea is to position the control unit directly on the motor to enable efficient and flexible integration. This project aims to provide a cost-effective, compact yet highly flexible solution for motor control. The overall goal of the Steppertron project is to provide a motor control solution that is not only cost-effective and flexible, but also easy to use. The integration of the Steppertron is to be made possible seamlessly in a wide variety of applications thanks to its modular structure and configurability via the Steppertron Studio. This project strives to take motor control to a new level of efficiency and ease of use.

  Functions

  • Closed/Open Loop Control:
    • It allows for both closed and open-loop control and can drive a wide range of Stepper motors
  • Communication options:
    • Communication takes place via RS485 MODBus protocols ASCII
  • Power:
    • With a maximum voltage of 50VC and 3.5A, this driver is the moste powerful in its size and applications.
  • Modular design:
    • The biggest advantage lies in its modular design, which allows it to react flexibly to changes or the specific requirements of the consumer and to grow.

  Control

  Our system offers both open-loop and closed-loop control for position and speed. This flexibility allows the system to be optimally tailored to the specific requirements of your application. The closed-loop position control can be used in two modes: simple control or feed forward control. This enables precise position management, with the feed forward control providing additional efficiency and accuracy.
  
  The driver V1 will be highly expandable, supporting a wide range of MODs. Its powerful co-processor enables it to function as a programmable controller adaptable to diverse requirements.
  Another highlight is the PID auto-tuning feature, allowing the motor to calibrate automatically. This significantly enhances system performance and precision without the need for complex manual adjustments.

  The Z-axis and the piston drive are controlled separately and can move in parallel. While the Z-axis is positioning, the pipetting unit aspirates or dispenses liquid. This reduces the immersion depth of the pipette tip and thus the risk of carryover and contamination. The drives are designed according to the latest mechanical standards and ensure maximum precision in your pipetting tasks. The length of the Z-axis can be individually adjusted to your requirements.

  Intelligent detection and handling of tips and liquids

  Equipped with a sensor, the system detects the inclusion of pipette tips. Thanks to the decoupled tip ejection, even liquid-filled pipette tips can be easily separated automatically from the pipetting system. No more empty tubes and microtiter plates. These advanced functions ensure that every pipetting task is carried out with maximum reliability and precision. StaMP is LLD-capable (Liquid Level Detection) and can precisely detect liquids using conductive pipette tips. By simply exchanging the glass bodies, which are available in 5 ml, 2.5 ml and 1 ml sizes, you have the flexibility to choose the right size depending on the application. The modular approach allows the use of pipetting tips with a volume of 50 to 5000µl.
