Exhibit Space Package
   

The following are included in the Exhibit Space Package: 
 
  • 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape booth dividers (inline booths only) - Black 
    • ​ Note – inline booths with open corners will not have 3’ side drape set on the open corner 

  • 24-hour general security in the Exhibit Hall
  • Listing in the Exhibitor Directory  
    • In Print (must be confirmed exhibitor by Friday, March 14)   
    • Online Exhibitor Directory Listing 

  • Option to purchase a Meeting Room conveniently located in the convention center 

  • Allotted number of complimentary exhibitor badges:
    (Exhibitor Badges do not give exhibitors access to Meeting sessions)   
    • Up to 400 square feet = 5 badges per 100 square feet  
    • After the first 400 square feet = 2 badges per 100 square feet  
      • If you exceed your allotment of complimentary Exhibitor Badges, additional Exhibitor Badges are available through the registration process at $200.00 each.

Note:  All booths in the Exhibit Hall must be carpeted. Carpet is NOT included in the booth package and MUST be provided by the exhibiting company.  Aisles will be carpeted in Midnight Blue.
