Food/Hospitality In Your Booth

Any food or beverages provided by individual exhibitors must be provided in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and guidance, including the CMSS Code for Interactions with Companies and the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals. All food and beverages provided by individual exhibitors must be of minimal value and available to all registered attendees immediately upon request. Cash and/or cash equivalents, coupons, and vouchers for food or beverages are not permissible.

Exhibitors planning to provide food or beverage must submit a request for approval to ASH Exposition Management via the Booth Activity Form in the Exhibitor Resource Cente no later than Friday, October 17. Approval is at the discretion of ASH. Any exhibitors providing food or beverages that have not been approved or are not compliant with the Exhibitor Rules and Regulations will be required to cease immediately. ASH Exposition Management will not accept on-site requests for provision of food or beverages. Please note- the distribution of alcoholic beverages or popcorn in the exhibit hall is not permitted.

Sodexo Live! is the exclusive provider of food and beverage within the Orange County Convention Center. No food or beverage of any kind can be brought nto the facility. All food and beverage must be catered by Sodexo Live! A copy of the Exhibitor Catering Menu can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual under “Service Order Forms.” Please send your order form to Shahd Youssef with Sodexo Live!,  

Any exhibitor at the annual meeting who provides food and beverage to attendees is required to order and pay for porter service through Freeman. Order forms and additional information is available in the Exhibitor Service Manual under “Service Order Forms.”

ASH Food Guide
Attendees have expressed feedback that finding food at the large meeting can be difficult. ASH will make it easier with its new ASH Food Guide. If you are providing attendees with a tasty snack or beverage from your booth, be sure to secure a listing that will include what is being served (specifically) and where to find it. Remember that more creative ideas are likely to generate more booth traffic! The ASH Food Guide will be included in the printed ASH Campus Map booklet, the mobile app, and in on-site kiosks. The ASH Food Guide will also contain other concession areas where food may be purchased within the ASH campus.
