Cancellation Penalties:
Exhibit Space will not be held or confirmed without a deposit. Failure to make payments does not release the contracted or financial obligation to Exhibitor.
Booth reservations made before August 10th, 2018 require a 50% deposit. Booth reservations made on or after August 10th require a 100% deposit.
Booth cancellations received in writing before April 13th, 2018 receive a 0% cancellation penalty fee. Booth Cancellations received in writing April 14th, 2018 through August 10th, 2018 receive a 25% penalty fee. Booth cancellations made in writing on or after August 10th, 2018 receive a 100% penalty fee.

Please be advised that AGU does not sell exhibitor lists or contact information to anyone. This information is securely provided to AGU Official Contractors to inform exhibitors of show related services. Solicitations from unofficial vendors are often the result of obtaining public information from the Internet. AGU partners with select vendors to produce our premiere conference and expo and can intervene on your behalf if any customer service issues arise.
