  • Inline Rate – $110.00 per square foot
  • Island Rate – $122.00 per square foot
  • Corner Premium – $700 per open corner

  • Exhibitor Meeting Rooms - $52,500
  • Virtual Exhibits Commercial - $10,000
  • Virtual Exhibits Non-Profit - $2,200

IN-PERSON EXHIBIT PACKAGE

  • 8' high back drape and 3' high side drape booth dividers (subject to change)
  • Booth identification sign with company name and booth number
  • 24-hour security in the exhibit hall
  • Two Exhibit Hall Only badges (fees apply for additional badges)
  • One Full Meeting badge per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased
  • Listing of company name, booth number, and description on the website
  • Listing of company name and booth number in the Program Book
ASH Annual Meeting

Virtual Exhibits

Become a virtual exhibitor and take advantage of the extended duration of the meeting, complimentary virtual registrations, interacting with attendees via text chat, and discounted directory listings. In addition, exhibitors participating in the virtual meeting will earn priority points to increase their ranking for booth space selection for the 68th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition in 2026.

The American Society of Hematology is committed to providing the highest quality annual meeting as possible. It is agreed and understood that these policies for exhibitors are part of a contract between the exhibitor and ASH, and that submission of the application for in-person exhibit space and/or a virtual exhibit constitutes the exhibitor’s agreement to abide by these regulations.
