2021 TRB Annual Meeting – A Virtual Event

The TRB 100th Annual Meeting will be conducted as a virtual event over a series of dates throughout January 2021. The decision to go virtual was made in light of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), out of concern for the health and safety of all meeting attendees.

The good news is that you still have the opportunity to exhibit virtually at the 2021 meeting.

If you already signed up to exhibit at the original in-person event, you can receive a full refund of any deposits paid, or credit toward your 2022 exhibit. However, since you’ve got no risk, you may want to delay that decision until you’ve had a chance to review the new promotional tools and opportunities available for 2021 exhibitors.

TRB is procuring an interactive virtual meeting platform that will allow attendees from anywhere in the world to visit the exhibits, and will allow exhibitors to connect individually with attendees.

Virtual exhibitor booths may include such features as:

  • Information Dissemination – ability for attendees to view/download exhibitor information, such as PDF brochures, videos, photos, etc.
  • Engagement – ability for attendees and exhibitors to easily exchange information, such as via live or scheduled conversations (chats)
  • Demonstrations/Presentations – ability for exhibitors to schedule and conduct real-time product demonstrations or presentations about their services
  • Branding – ability for exhibitors to personalize their virtual booths, including the look, colors, style, and feel, to meet their branding objectives
  • Lead Retrieval – ability of exhibitors to secure contact information from attendees

Exact details on the functionality, schedule, and pricing for exhibit space at the 2021 Annual Meeting will be available on this website by September.

In the meantime, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything related to the upcoming meeting, please feel free contact us.
