Your company password is required to access the Exhibitor Resource Center. Passwords were emailed to the booth contact on file. For password assistance please contact Eileen McGill.
Exhibitor Housing
Room blocks are now available to book for exhibitors that require three (3) or more rooms. Exhibitors that only require one or two rooms may book individual hotel reservations starting on August 10, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. ET. Please view the list of participating hotels and hotel map or hotel amenity chart for hotel locations, amenities and details.
HOUSING FRAUD WARNING - SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as ASH's official housing provider. Before you reserve a room block, always look for the Official Housing Provider logo. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ASH Housing Center immediately. All exhibitor housing room blocks must be secured directly through the ASH Housing Center.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration can be accessed through the Exhibitor Resource Center. All exhibitor booth personnel who will be staffing your exhibit during move in, show hours and/or move out must be registered as an exhibitor and wear the official show badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall.
Ancillary Meetings
ASH has established a set of guidelines for planning and hosting ancillary meetings during the ASH annual meeting. All ancillary meetings held in conjunction with the ASH annual meeting from Thursday, December 8 through Tuesday, December 13 must adhere to these guidelines, regardless of the meeting location.
