Wendelsheim based AESKU.GROUP, composed of AESKU.DIAGNOSTICS, AESKU.SYSTEMS, AESKU.KIPP INSTITUTE, AESKU.THERAPY, DST & AESKU.BION, offers the most comprehensive product portfolio in the field of autoimmune diagnostic - worldwide. AESKU.GROUP is proud to provide its state-of-the-art products (using ELISA, BLOT, and Immunofluorescence methodology), covering the wide area of autoimmunity, infectious serology, allergy, and food intolerance. The high quality and innovativeness of AESKU products have their foundation in the in-house research, development, and production of all assays and lab systems. This ensures the best possible quality and consistency to the customer. Acquiring DST in 2017, AESKU.GROUP added the expertise in allergy and food intolerance to its already wide-ranged set of talents. AESKU.BION specializes in manufacturing high-quality IFA products for clinical laboratories.

  • HELIOS - HELMED INTEGRATED OPTICAL SYSTEM
A fully automated immunofluorescence processor with integrated image acquisition. So that experts only need to evaluate the images. The HTC version enhances the system with controlled climate conditions to allow fully automated processing of infectious serology tests....

  • IFA instructions for use often include recommendations for reagent temperatures and for incubation humidity because the micro-climates in clinical laboratories vary. The World Health Organization (WHO) has guidelines for temperature and humidity in the working environment, and the International Standards Organization (ISO) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) both provide humidity and temperature ranges for clinical laboratories. These regulations describe the optimal range for temperature as 20-25 degrees Celsius. Humidity should be 35-50 percent. IFA standardization is a major concern across laboratories, and many standardization initiatives (e.g. GEAI, Easy Group, and ICAP) have addressed this issue. Therefore, we have developed a new module for the HELIOS. This new accessory lets technicians regulate and control IFA temperature and humidity. The "humidity and temperature control" (HTC) add-on also enables testing with a wide range of automated infectious disease substrates.

  • HELIA - HELMED LINE IMMUNOASSAY ANALYZER
HELIA® is an automated analyzer for line immunoassays. The HELIA® system is able to perform all immunoblot processing steps, and due to an integrated camera module, it is able to read and report immunoblot results....

  • HELIA® is an automated analyzer for line immunoassays. The HELIA® system is able to perform all immunoblot processing steps,
and due to an integrated camera module, it is able to read and report immunoblot results. The HELMED® processor architecture,
and the HELIA® system unites proven lab automation with innovative immunoblot processing and reading technology. HELIA® was developed to simplify and automate immunoblot testing with a focus on standardization, minimal footprint and easy implementation.
    HELIA® includes a pre-installed and configured space-saving All-in-one PC.
AESKU develops, designs and produces the HELIA® system and all dedicated reagents, offering complete control of the
    entire product life cycle.

  • HERA – LABORATORY AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
HERA is a smart gateway between analyzers and the LIS. It is a highly flexible software solution, offering full connectivity and result management through its powerful expert control system. HERA is a scalable solution for controlling various degrees of complexity in clinical laboratories....

  • HERA – THE AESKU LABORATORY AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

HERA can connect different devices within a laboratory to an existing LIS installation, as well as individual sites of a multi-center laboratory operation can be networked.

Multiple laboratories, multiple sites on different continents, single or numerous LIS integrations are all options possible with HERA.

HERA allows centralized management of all pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical instruments, supports global control of processes, and fully meets analytical laboratory connectivity needs.

The full range of AESKU instruments is already configured in HERA, but HERA is not limited to the AESKU instrument environment.

HERA enables efficient communication between LIS and instruments, whether in the same location or distributed around the world.
