The R&D team of Wuhan Ammunition Life-tech Co., Ltd. published a research paper entitled "Hypermethylated CDO1 and ZNF454 in Cytological Specimens as Screening Biomarkers for Endometrial Cancer" in the international authoritative journal "Frontiers in Oncology". By setting strict screening criteria for the chip data in TCGA, this study screened two genes highly methylated in endometrial cancer samples - CD01 and ZNF454. In this study, the tool used for scraping endometrial exfoliated cells is "Li brush", which was more economical than Tao brush; In endometrial cells, the methylation of CD01 and znf454 shows a strong application prospect. It can be used for the screening of endometrial cancer and endometrial atypical hyperplasia. It has the advantages of minimally invasive and high accuracy.
