Shipping Information - Hilton Bayfront Indigo Ballroom

Materials being shipped to the advance warehouse or direct to show site for your Hilton Bayfront Indigo Ballroom Meeting Rooms should be labeled for delivery to the correct room.  Advance freight will be delivered to your room before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8.  Please refer to the shipping labels for shipping addresses.  Freeman will manage moving your materials to the Hilton from the Convention Center.
