Meeting Room Package - Hilton Bayfront Indigo Ballroom

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

• Combination lock will be provided to you for your meeting room.  
• Carpet (existing ballroom carpet)
  • Standard electrical service (120 volt/20 amp service one outlet.)  This outlet will be located in the back left corner of the meeting room.  

NOTE:  If you require the electrical service ASH provides to be moved and/or add additional electrical service, please make those arrangements directly with Encore.  Encore handles electrical service at the Hilton.   

Internet and/or Wi-Fi service is not included in the meeting room packages.  Encore handles Internet and Wi-Fi service at the Hilton Bayfront San Diego.   

To place orders for furnishings, please order through Freeman online ordering.  The deadline to place your orders with Freeman and receive advance pricing is Wednesday, November 8.
