ACCESS TO EMBARCADERO EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

Meeting rooms will be available for move-in beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8. Meeting room access will be available starting at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8.  Lock combinations/keys will be available for pick up at the Meeting Room Help Desk at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8.   

• Friday, December 8:  4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (for staff meetings and setup only)
• ​Saturday, December 9:  7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, December 10:  7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Monday, December 11:  7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Exhibitor meeting rooms may be used for staff meetings and set up only on Friday, December 8.  Please do not schedule meetings with attendees in your meeting room(s) on Friday, December 8.  Official 65th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition Badges are required to access the Exhibitor Meeting Room areas.  There are no exhibitor badges included in your exhibitor meeting room package.

Please note: when communicating your meeting room number(s) to staff and attendees, we recommend you reference as "Embarcadero Exhibitor Meeting Rooms - EMBXX." This will help those attending a meeting in your meeting room to differentiate between the different exhibitor meeting rooms and the ASH Collaboration Rooms.

To access the Embarcadero Exhibitor Meeting Rooms during hours when the Exhibit Hall is not open for attendees, the only entrance available will be Hall D/Hall E (1200 aisle of the Exhibit Hall.)  Please refer to this map for the exact location. 

NOTE:  Each meeting room will have its own temperature control.  The tent where the Embercadero Exhibitor Meeting Rooms are located will not be temperature-controlled. Please plan to dress accordingly.
