DISPLAY RESTRICTIONS- EMBARCADERO EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

Please note the following restrictions when planning your meeting room display/set-up:

• Items placed inside the room wall may not exceed the height of the wall, which is 7'.  
   
• Hanging signs are not permitted 
   
• We have limitations on what table you may place outside your meeting room for a greeter table.  The only table we are permitting, due to fire marshal regulations as it relates to the aisle, is Freeman item #72069 (24” diameter x 30” high round table). A chair for the greeter may be placed beside the table and not behind the table.   
   
• Exterior branding is permitted. The front wall of your exhibitor meeting room(s) may display corporate branding. To order exterior branding, complete and submit the application. Questions? Contact Kristin Hudson at ashexhibits@spargoinc.com. 
   
• Interior branding attached to the walls must be ordered exclusively through and provided by Freeman.  
   
• No banner stands or additional signage may be placed outside the room.

There are steps into each meeting room.  We will have ADA-compliant ramps available to aid your guests with meeting room access.  If you require a ramp at your meeting room entrance on a specific date/time, please contact Stephanie Houck at stephanie.houck@spargoinc.com.  

NOTE:  Each meeting room will have its own temperature control.  The tent where the Embercadero Exhibitor Meeting Rooms are located will not be temperature-controlled. Please plan to dress accordingly.
