CATERING - HALL A EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

Exhibitors are permitted to have catering in their meeting rooms and do not require approval from ASH Exhibits Management.   You may order food and beverage through Sodexho Live!, the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the San Diego Convention Center.  Note:  alcoholic beverages and popcorn is not permitted.  Please contact Jan Souza at jan.souza@visitsandiego.com or 619-525-5831 assistance with your catering order.  For your convenience, we are including a link to the Catering Menu. The ordering deadline is Wednesday, November 6.  

Please coordinate the delivery of your catering services to your meeting room with Sodexho Live!.  It is recommended that you have staff at your meeting room at the time delivery is scheduled.  If the room is not open when the catering staff arrives, they will move on to the next delivery and it is possible that your food may not be set on time.  ASH Exhibits Management or Security will not be able to assist by unlocking doors for the delivery.
