Materials being shipped to the advance warehouse or direct to show site for your Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Room(s) should be labeled for delivery to the correct room.  Advance freight will be delivered to your room before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6.  Please refer to the shipping labels for shipping addresses.
