ACCESS TO EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS - HALL A
Meeting rooms will be available for move-in beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6. Lock combinations will be available for pick up at the Meeting Room Help Desk at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6. If your company has more than one (1) Hall A exhibitor meeting room, you will receive one (1) combination which will provide access to all of your Hall A exhibitor meeting rooms.
- Friday, December 6: 12:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (for staff meetings and setup only)
- Saturday, December 7: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, December 8: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Monday, December 9: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitor meeting rooms may be used for staff meetings and set up only on Friday, December 6. Please do not schedule meetings with attendees in your meeting room(s) on Friday, December 6. Official 66th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition Badges are required to access the Exhibitor Meeting Rooms in Hall A. There are no exhibitor badges included in your exhibitor meeting room package.
Please note: when communicating your meeting room number(s) to staff and attendees, we recommend you reference as "Hall A - XXX." This will help those attending a meeting in your meeting room to differentiate between the different exhibitor meeting rooms and the ASH Collaboration Rooms.
