MEETING ROOM PACKAGE - HALL A EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS

The meeting rooms are unfurnished. Each meeting room includes the following:

• Your 5M x 5M meeting room will inlcude a ceiling with ventilation, lights and a smoke detector.
• The room is unfurnished.  You may place orders for furniture through FREEMAN.  
  • The advance price deadline is Wednesday, November 6.  
• Meeting room door with have a combination.  The combination will be avaialble for pickup at the Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Room Help Desk on Friday, December 6 at 12:00 p.m.
• Carpet (Tuxedo - black and white speckled) 
• 22"x14" Company ID Sign
  • Affixed to the wall next to the door 
  • Company Logo must be submitted by Friday, October 25.  
• Electrical service
  • Your meeting room package includes (1) 120 volt/20 amp service with one (1) outlet.  This outlet will be placed in the back left corner of the room, directly across from the entrance to your room. 
  • If you require the electrical service which ASH provides to be moved, distributed and/or add additional electrical service, please make those arrangements directly with FREEMAN. The additional fees associated with distribution, addition or moving of electrical services are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.  
• Internet/Wi-Fi
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi service will not be available in the Hall A Exhibitor Meeting Rooms.  If you require Internet/Wi-Fi for your meeting room, please order through Smart City. 
  • The date to place your order and receive the incentive pricing is Friday, November 8.
