Exhibitor Resource Center
The Exhibitor Resource Center allows for single sign-on access to the following items:
Company Information for Exhibitor Directory - Must be a confirmed exhibitor by September 26 to be included in the print and mobile app directories.
Required Forms due by Friday, October 17:

Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitor housing can be accessed through the Exhibitor Resource Center.
- Exhibitor Registration and Housing Webinar
Room blocks are now available to book for exhibitors that require three (3) or more rooms. Exhibitors that only require one or two rooms may book individual hotel reservations starting on August 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. ET. You may view our hotel list and map for hotel locations, amenities and details.
HOUSING FRAUD WARNING - SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. Do not be misled by companies that solicit groups and misrepresent themselves as the official housing provider for ASH. Before you reserve a room block, always look for the Official Housing Provider logo. If you are contacted by one of these "pirate" companies, please notify the ASH Housing Center immediately. All exhibitor housing room blocks must be secured directly through the ASH Housing Center.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration can be accessed through the Exhibitor Resource Center. All exhibitor booth personnel who will be staffing your exhibit during move-in, show hours and/or move-out must be registered as an exhibitor and wear the official show badge to gain access to the Exhibit Hall.
Ancillary Meetings
ASH has established a set of guidelines for planning and hosting ancillary meetings during the ASH annual meeting. All ancillary meetings held in conjunction with the ASH annual meeting from Thursday, December 4, through Tuesday, December 9 must adhere to these guidelines, regardless of the meeting location.
